If you're ever unhappy with Opportunity Workbench or any Sempervirens Strategy services for any reason, contact our support team at support@svstrat.com.
Our Simple Promise: If you're unsatisfied with Opportunity Workbench and cancel your account, we'll refund that month's fee. No questions asked.
How Our Monthly Subscriptions Work
Opportunity Workbench is billed on a monthly basis. When you sign up, you're charged immediately for your first month of service. Each subsequent month, you'll be charged on the same day of the month.
We do not offer free trials. Your subscription begins and billing starts the moment you create your account.
Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel your account at any time. Here's what happens:
- Your account becomes immediately inaccessible upon cancellation
- If you cancel within the current billing month and request a refund, we'll refund that month's fee in full
- Your data will be retained for 60 days in case you change your mind, then permanently deleted
Examples of Refunds We Grant
Current Month Cancellation
If you decide Opportunity Workbench isn't for you and cancel during your current billing month, just let us know and we'll refund that month's payment.
Forgot to Cancel
If you were just charged for your next month of service but you meant to cancel, we're happy to refund that charge.
Just Not Happy
If you tried Opportunity Workbench and you just weren't happy with it, you can have your money back for the current month.
Service Issues
We'll also consider giving credits for future billing cycles if something goes wrong on our side. For example:
- If we had extended downtime (multiple hours in a day, or multiple days in a month)
- If you emailed customer service and it took multiple days to get back to you
In these cases, we'll issue a partial credit to your account.
How to Request a Refund
Simply email us at support@svstrat.com with your account details and reason for the refund request. We typically process refunds within 3-5 business days.
